Outdoor Yoga

Summer in Fargo means yoga classes move outside. Join locals for all-level outdoor yoga sessions throughout the metro at parks, plazas, and gardens. 

Yoga in the Park takes place each Wednesday this summer, from June 3 to August 19, at 6 pm. This series is intended for individuals 15 years and older, with prize drawings held at the final session. Bring a mat and friends!

There's also Yoga in the Garden on Sundays in June at 9 am at Yunker Farm Park.

Yoga on the Lawn with Mojo Fit Studios is held at Essentia Health Plaza at The Lights every Wednesday at 12 pm starting on June 3.
