Day 1
Evening
Vinyl Taco
Start the weekend off with some authentic Mexican street food and margaritas. Catch up with the ladies at Vinyl Taco over small plate street tacos as vinyl records spin behind the bar. We recommend the fish tacos (the best in town!) or the barbacoa tacos for non-fish eaters. Make sure you order some margaritas as well, which are served with giant rosemary leaves.
They’re also doing take-out right now (including margaritas!) so if you’re more into eating at home or your hotel, this can still be a good option. Just give them a call if you’d like to place an order.
Note: You must be 21 to enter and eat here.

Day 2
Morning
Young Blood Coffee Co.
For your first morning, Fargo’s craft coffee scene should be your first stop… and you can get more than caffeinated. The gourmet toast menu at Young Blood Coffee Co. will fill you up with something warm and (excuse the pun) toasty. Couple that with a hot cup of Joe and you’re ready to tackle your day.

Shopping in South Fargo
West Acres Mall
West Acres Mall is constantly updating and changing to bring you some of the best shopping experiences in the region. Great new shops open all of the time in the mall that your girl gang will adore. One of the most unique shops is the Minn Dak Market which features local and regional items including food, wine, and artisan gifts. You can hit up several big-name brands like Express, Forever 21, Buckle, JC Penny, Gap, and more.
While you shop, check out the local art on display around the mall – West Acres has one of the largest collections of local art in the area (plus a working studio where a resident local artist creates their masterpieces!).
Check out West Acres' website for information on how they're staying safe during COVID-19.
