Holiday Boutique at Gallery 4

Thursday- Saturday, November 7-9

Local art from more than 35 artists will be all in one place – Gallery 4. Peruse large pieces of art, jewelry, pottery, and more while you enjoy hot cider and cookies.

Taste of the Holidays

An event that’s full of food, drinks, and shopping? Count me in! Spend the evening learning how to make new holiday recipes and enjoying tastings of spirits, wines, and beers

Broadway Carriage Rides

Thursdays, November 14, 21, & 28 | 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Bundle up and hop on a carriage ride down historic Broadway Drive in Downtown Fargo. There will only be 3 rides per evening, so get your tickets early!

Christkindlmarkt

Thursday-Sunday, November 21 – 24

Folkways invites you to celebrate the holiday season at Christkindlmarkt. Four full days with a German-style gift market, food tent, and Beer Hall by Drekker Brewing Company

With food, live musical performances, art demonstrations, mulled wine, holiday treats, and activities for the kids, it’s a great way to get some shopping done or simply spend time out enjoying the wintry weather.

Fargo Holiday Showcase

Shop from over 120 Pride of Dakota members at the Fargo Holiday Showcase. This is a great shopping event to get your holiday shopping done.

Great Russian Nutcracker

The Moscow Ballet graces the stage of the Fargo Theatre each year to bring to life the Great Russian Nutcracker.

Christmas Tree Lighting

Tuesday, November 26 | 5:00 p.m.

Enjoy s’mores and hot chocolate as the Fargo Park District lights the Christmas tree at the Depot. This is a perfect way to kick-off an evening of holiday celebration before the Holiday Lights Parade.

Xcel Energy Holiday Lights Parade

Tuesday, November 26 | 6:30 p.m.

The annual kick-off to the holidays is the Holiday Lights Parade. The Holiday Lights Parade attracts thousands of spectators and includes hundreds of participants that decorate their entries with lights.

Holiday Nights at the Zoo

Stroll through the Zoo while it’s decorated to be a charming Christmas village. Enjoy some marshmallows by the campfire while you’re hanging with the animals.

Holiday Lights at Lindenwood Park

November 29 – December 31 | 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Drive through the park to see 65+ holiday lights displays for just $6/car! The park will be open daily to the public from 5:30 p.m. -10:00 p.m.

Santa Village

November 30 – December 23

Fargo’s version of the North Pole! Meet Santa, decorate a cookie with Mrs. Claus, see the model train displays, enjoy the holiday light displays, make a special craft project and make memories together as a family.

The Winter Market by Eco Chic

This seasonal vendor show has expanded past their former name – Junk Market – into a vintage show with the region’s best showing of vintage, modern, and handmade offering.

Concordia Christmas Concerts

Jaws, Paws, and Lunch with Santa Clause

Saturdays December 7 & December 14 | 10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Enjoy lunch from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. while the carousel will have free rides all day. Head to the Wolf Cabin for the Critter Close Up exhibit and then top off the day with photos with Santa.

Christmas on the Prairie

The pioneer village will be transformed into a simpler time where carolers sing the sounds of the season and cookies are baked in a wood-burning stove.

Traditional Norsk Christmas

12 Bars of Christmas Bar Crawl

Saturday, December 7 | 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Grab your favorite holiday outfit and head to Downtown Fargo for one of Fargo’s classic bar crawls.

Purchase tickets online to receive a discount, and then receive a beer cup (1st beer included), Santa hat, and drink specials at all participating bars.

The Boys of December ’63 Christmas Show

This Frankie Valli tribute band gets festive with a show to get you in the spirit of the season. All ages welcome.

Lorie Line

Monday, December 9 | 7:00 p.m.

The annual Christmas show with fashion, beautiful music with a holiday tone. She will have her Pop Chamber Orchestra along with a featured vocalist to just add to this amazing show. All ages welcome.

Downtown Santa Breakfast

Saturday, December 14 | 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Enjoy breakfast with Santa in Downtown Fargo. Kids can visit with Santa about what’s on their wish list, as well as grab some waffles and cocoa.

Horse-drawn wagon rides to the Fargo Theatre are from 10:15-11:15 and then enjoy some kids-based activities to round out the afternoon.

Santa Fly-In

Saturday, December 14 | 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Watch Santa come in on the Sanford helicopter for a stop at the Fargo Air Museum. Bring the kiddos so they can chat with the Man himself about their lists before he heads out again at 1 p.m.

Very Merry Holiday Craft Market

Drekker Brewing has teamed up with Unglued to bring the Christmas shopping experience and beer together!

Some of the coolest vendors from the area will bring their gifts to the taproom so you can stroll through the aisles with your favorite frosty beverage.

FM Ballet’s Classic Nutcracker
