Are you trying to keep up with the world, but feel like you can’t ever catch up? Do you set unrealistic expectations for yourself and those around you? Do you associate rest with being weak or unnecessary? These are thoughts everyone struggles with each day. We find resting to be an inconvenience and feel guilty for taking a break. We feel like we need to be everything to everyone. In this session you will learn: - Defining what it means to give yourself grace - How to re-define winning - Recognize when you need rest - Overcoming guilt
