Tacos Trompo

The owner of Tacos Trompo aims to bring the street food he grew up on in Mexico City to Fargo. You can expect authentic flavors – not necessarily the Americanized version of Mexican food you may be familiar with. For instance, they offer four meat choices that includes al pastor, or marinated pork, carne asada, chorizo, and a speciality fourth option: suadero, a thin cut of marinated beef, a Mexican version of a Cubana sandwich, and large platters, chilaquiles, and alambres.
