Fast-grab sandwiches with stories behind each. The founder used to tell bedtime stories to his kids featuring two heros – Erbert and Gerbert. Their adventures across the universe inspired the stories behind the deli’s offerings, with sandwiches named Erupter (buffalo chicken & bleu cheese), Halleys Comet (roast beef), and Flash (capicola, salami, and ham).
