Wednesday in the Wild: Felton Prairie Land Stewardship Event!

We will meet at the Buffalo River State Park Office at 5:30 pm. Then we will caravan behind the Naturalist vehicle to the Felton Prairie SNA. Once onsite (about 6 pm), we will view the summer blooms, learn about the unique features and history, and help with site management.

The Felton Prairie houses some rare, threatened, and endangered prairie species of MN, and this is your opportunity to help protect their home. Join us as we explore the Red River Valley’s unique residents and learn about conservation efforts to protect these plants and animals.
