Sushi Saturday Class

Sushi Saturday is back! We’ll be rolling up all the basic skills needed to create some classic sushi rolls and sashimi! Learn how to properly prepare the very important sushi rice along with proper handling of all the ingredients associated with making sushi. Learn how to carefully assemble and roll an Everything Bagel Roll and a Dragon Roll as well as prepare Japanese Tuna Tartare Sashimi.
