MSUM Percussion Day

Enjoy a day full of percussion excellence as we celebrate drumming and the percussive arts at MSUM! Guest artists include Allison Miller (jazz drumset artist from NYC!), Ralph Nader (internet drumline/snare drum sensation!), Fode Bangoura, and Whitney McClusky (drum and dance from Guinea, Africa!). The Day includes a Drumline Battle featuring local HS and University marching drumlines. It concludes with a Grand Finale Concert featuring the guest artists performing with MSUM’s own Steel Drum and World Music Ensemble, “Fuego Tropical!”
