Enjoy an evening of safe trick-or-treating through the Moorhead Center Mall Parking Ramp! All ghouls, witches, and zombies are welcome! Additional activities and a photo station will be available for attendees.
Moorhead Parks & Recreation is seeking businesses, organizations, and even individuals interested in hosting and decorating a vehicle for this event. Please complete and submit the registration form to get involved!
