Learn the Lindy Hop

Having originated in Harlem in the 1920s & 30s, Lindy Hop is the core of our dancing and serves as our group’s namesake. We’re offering three weeks to learn this historically significant dance style, with its stretch, movement, and great connection. Each event starts with a Beginner Lesson at 2 p.m., followed by an Intermediate Lesson at 3:30 p.m., and ends with an hour of social dancing. Experience with swing dance basics is suggested for the 2 p.m. class. Those comfortable with Lindy Hop basics can attend the 3:30 p.m. class. $8 per person. $5 for students with school ID. No partner is required.
