Learn the basics of hula hooping!
Hula hooping isn’t just all about the waist! There are off-body moves too! Learn, enjoy, and challenge yourself with this unique MIND and BODY workout!
This class will be instructor led, incorporating mindfulness, mediation, and connection!
If you’re a complete beginner, this class is for you! Hula hoops will be provided in adult sizes from XS to 3XL. Yes, ALL body types CAN hoop, you just need the correct size hula hoop! It’s science 😉

What to wear:
Fitted clothing! Hula hoops get caught in baggy clothes and it can be much harder to find a connection when you can’t feel the hula hoop at every point of your body.
