FROSTIVAL: Sauna Week
Experience the benefits of thermal bathing with us at Sauna Week, brought to you by Folkways and hosted by Icehouse Cross Fit! Enjoy a unique sauna experience in a traditional wood-fired barrel sauna from February 11th-19th. Sweat with your crew or get to know community members – each session can host up to 6 people. Children are welcome.
