Flow Into Fall: Seasonal Self-Care

Fall is a time for grounding. Getting intentional with your self-care and finding practices that keep you feeling good is essential. During this gentle Ayurveda yoga class, you will learn how to personalize your yoga practice and dive deep into self-care with Jasper Hotel’s team of Wellness Ambassadors. Allison, David, and Kay will guide you through discovering your Dosha – your body’s natural constitution – and ways you can feel confident through each seasonal transition. You don’t need to know anything about Ayurveda or yoga to attend. We can’t wait to practice and flow into fall with you.

What to expect? A hot cup of tea to welcome you to class, discovering your Dosha and how it defines you, a curated yoga class and meditation centered around your newfound knowledge.
