Fargo Sustainability Forums

North Dakotans from all backgrounds are invited to share ideas to meet the state’s goals of creating vibrant economies and finding innovative ways to reduce carbon emissions into the atmosphere.

The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is hosting a series of listening sessions throughout the state from October 30 through November 8, 2023. Each session has a specific focus area, and participants can attend in-person or via ZOOM.

Dates, times, focus areas, and locations are listed below, as well as ZOOM registration information for each session. Join us to share your thoughts about the future of North Dakota.

All sessions will be recorded, and the information collected will be used to develop the North Dakota Sustainability Plan. North Dakota received funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) program to support this effort.

This page will be updated to reflect schedule adjustments, weather-related notices, and additional project information as it becomes available.

You may also provide your input via email at nddeq@deq.nd.gov or by phone at (701) 328-5226.
