Join Chef Randall as we dive into the flaky pastry world of delightful apple turnovers. Learn all about making blitz dough (the secrets to flaky perfection) and create a salted caramel filling you’ll find yourself using again and again.
You’ll be rolling, assembling and baking these delightful pastries as well as creating apple roses! A beautiful addition to any fall brunch!
Each participant will take home about a dozen pastries.
