Drawing with Mindfulness – Plains Art Museum

In this class participants will create art from a place of mindfulness. With our busy lives how often do we pause to check with ourselves? This class will support our internal world and provide guidance on how to drop into our body with kind awareness. As a response to this experience, we will create a non-representational line drawing and discuss the outcome.
Class will include a guided meditation. New meditators are welcome.
All materials are included with the price of this virtual session. Once you enroll, packets will be available for pick-up or at the end of the shipping date. You will receive a follow up email with information on joining the virtual meeting. If the scheduled class time is not convenient, you will also receive a link to watch the recorded class at a later date.
Materials in packet: permanent marker, color markers, pencil, and paper
