Cajun Seafood Night – Cooking Class

Take a deep dive with Bee, owner of Deep Blue Seafood, as we explore the world of classic Cajun cooking. Learn all the prep and layering of flavors to create these great dishes! You’ll also learn about seafood stock (and take some home for your future culinary endeavors), making your own roux, properly preparing catfish and all things gumbo and jambalaya related!
