4e Food and Wine Experience
Join us for unique food and wine experience on Wednesday, June 22.
Enjoy a four-course tasting menu paired with four wines from 4e Winery and an additional glass of your favorite wine. The dishes have been individually crafted to complement the wines. Owners Greg and Lisa Cook will guide you through this unique tasting experience as they describe how the food and wine complement each other.
Please arrive by 6:00 pm to begin your tasting experience.

Mediterranean Bulgur Wheat Salad

Bulgur wheat, celery, carrots, cucumbers, green onions, tomato and fresh herbs with a lemon tahini dressing
Sun-Dried Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Crostini
paired with 4e Prairie Rosé
House made crostini topped with a sun-dried tomato olive tapenade and fresh mozzarella
Carnitas Street Taco
paired with 4e Rail Line Red
Seasoned soy curl carnitas, onions, radish, cilantro, lime and cashew crema on a corn tortilla
Lemon Scone with Vanilla Zabaglione
paired with 4e Polar Light
Fresh baked lemon scones with lemon zest served with a vanilla custard zabaglione
